Melissa Tamberella serves as Financial Controller for NAI Pensacola, bringing more than 30 years of experience in bookkeeping, financial administration, operations management and executive support. Her background includes full-charge bookkeeping, budgeting, financial reporting, payroll processing, accounts payable and receivable, bank and credit card reconciliation, job costing, collections, month-end close and year-end financial preparation.
Throughout her career, Melissa has managed financial and operational functions for companies with both single-location and multi-market operations. Her experience includes overseeing general ledger activity, preparing financial statements, monitoring budgets and profitability, coordinating vendor payments and purchasing, supporting insurance-related documentation and developing efficient administrative procedures. She is highly proficient in QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop and Microsoft 365.
Melissa is a QuickBooks ProAdvisor and holds Intuit certifications in Full-Charge Bookkeeping and Tax I. She is also a Florida Notary Public and holds IICRC Water Damage Restoration and Applied Structural Drying certifications. Her extensive financial expertise, attention to detail and commitment to accurate reporting support NAI Pensacola’s accounting operations and continued growth.
