Jenny Pittman serves as Broker Associate and Vice President of Property Management at NAI Pensacola. Since joining the firm in 2019, Jenny has become an integral part of the company’s commercial brokerage and property management divisions, with a focus on retail sales and leasing, tenant relationships, owner support, and the continued growth of managed assets throughout Northwest Florida.

Jenny brings a strong background in retail strategy, sales, brand representation, planning, and market analysis. Prior to joining NAI Pensacola, she built a successful career in retail sales and corporate retail operations, working as a Brand Ambassador, Retail Planner, and Senior Retail Analyst for nationally recognized companies including Perry Ellis, Christian Dior, and Safilo, with experience based in New York and Miami.

Her retail background gives her a valuable perspective in commercial real estate, particularly when working with shopping centers, retail strip centers, service-based tenants, landlords, and property owners seeking to strengthen tenant mix and long-term asset performance. Jenny’s professional experience allows her to understand both the operational needs of tenants and the ownership objectives behind successful commercial properties.

As Vice President of Property Management, Jenny supports the oversight, administration, leasing, and tenant coordination of commercial properties across the region. She is committed to responsive service, strong communication, and practical solutions that help support tenant satisfaction, improve property performance, and protect ownership goals.

Jenny is currently working toward completion of her CCIM designation, further strengthening her expertise in commercial investment analysis, market strategy, and income-producing real estate
